A new paper entitled: "Applying Bayesian spatio-temporal models to fisheries bycatch in the Canadian Arctic" is now available online on the Canadian Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences, 10.1139/cjfas-2014-0159!

The study apply INLA/SPDE approaches to fit spatio-temporal models to Greenland shark bycatch in a Canadian gillnet fishery in Baffin Bay, Arctic.
The manuscript, R codes and Datasets can be found on the R-INLA website under Examples and tutorials>Case studies and code from papers.
